Lasso La Lune is a love letter to Appalachia, a project by Haylee Childress focused on creating items that are soft + nostalgic. She earned her BFA in Craft + Material Studies with a concentration in Textiles from VCUarts in 2019. Created using only natural and preloved fibers, each piece is made and dyed by hand in small batches in her Richmond studio.
