Returns & Exchanges

At Muz & Rose we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Muz & Rose accepts returns or exchanges on all items received In like-new condition with proof of purchase.

All customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make a return eligible for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, all eligible returns will be honored with store credit.

All items must be returned in the original condition, unused and unworn. Credits, exchanges or refunds may not be issued if the item{s} contain evidence of damage.

We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on a Muz & Rose Gift Card.

For online orders, you are responsible for return shipping and please be aware that Muz & Rose is not responsible for loss or damage in return transit. (Be sure to get tracking and insurance!) Upon receipt and inspection of products, we will issue a store credit or a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, you can place a new order using your store credit.

If an item is received damaged or otherwise in error, please email us and we'll work with you to make it right immediately. If an item is lost in transit, please contact USPS and file a claim.
